The archive reads every message. Corrections receive priority.
Corrections
The archive records dates, names, and lineages, and every record can be wrong. If a page states something you know to be inaccurate, write toarchive@goldeneaglemac.comwith the page address and the correction. State how you know. Corrections that name a verifiable source are published within days; the page records the change and the date it was made.
Research inquiries
Students, teachers, and researchers may ask about the collections: what the archive holds on a particular lineage, master, text, or period of North American transmission. Questions that the published pages already answer are answered by the pages; questions beyond them receive a reply from the archive desk.
Historical materials
The archive accepts donations of documents connected to its collecting areas: Chinese martial arts in North America since the 1980s, Choy Li Fut, Bajiquan, and Yang family Tai Chi. Photographs, school newsletters, tournament programs, manuals, and correspondence all qualify. Scans are preferred. Loans of originals are accepted, and every item is credited to its source.
Response times
The archive desk answers mail on business days. Corrections and source questions are answered first. There is no commercial office behind this address, so there are no sales inquiries to route — only the record.
